We can assist with your provision of Duty of Care to your employees by removing the potential physical risk they may face in the event of an intrusion with our alarm response service.
Our alarm response service will offer you a cost effective solution to alarm activations. We will attend the premises and verify the cause of activation. We will liaise with relevant emergency services, alarm receiving centres and maintenance contractors to ensure your premises are secure and alarmed before we leave.
After our attendance a full report will be forwarded detailing cause of activation and action taken to assist in prevention of further activations.
Upon receipt of your keys they will be securely hubbed and stored in accordance with BS: 7984 Keyholding and response services. Code of Practice.
In addition to providing a response to any alarm activations our services can be utilised for providing out of hours access to authorised employees and contractors.

Service Level Agreements
Service level agreements are agreed prior to the commencement of our services. We monitor the performance of the contract through regular contact with the customer and Security Officers. Any changes to the service level agreements are agreed and implemented during service reviews.
