Upon an alarm activation a trained Security Officer will be despatched to the premises.

Upon arrival a complete patrol will be conducted externally and internally to establish the reason for the alarm activation.

Once the cause has been identified the Officer will contact the Alarm Receiving Centre to arrange for the alarm to be reset, if required the Officer will also contact the emergency services and arrange for glass replacement or boarding up as necessary.
