As part of the safety checks on our employees we have a check call procedure which requires all our employees to contact our 24 hour Control on a bi hourly basis to verify the status of the site they are protecting.

This service has been extended to allow customers who have lone workers and wish their safety to be monitored.

At the commencement of the shift and every 2 hours thereafter until the end of the shift the worker would contact our Control and confirm the status of their site.

Failure to maintain this contact would result in an attempt by our Control Room to contact the lone worker.

If this fails the Mobile Supervisor would be dispatched to attend site and check on the welfare of the employee, contacting the emergency services if necessary.
